    Mr. Huchingson, a Co-Founder of CapRocq Core 2 Real Estate Fund L.P., received a BS from Centenary College of Louisiana, thereafter obtaining his M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He joined Barnes, Quinn, Flake & Anderson, Inc. (now Colliers International) in 1993 and became a Principal in 1997. Mr. Huchingson was elected President and CEO of the firm in 2002.

    Franklin McLarty

    Franklin McLarty is a co-founder of CapRocq Core 2 Real Estate Fund L.P. His background in commercial real estate is vast, and he enjoyed a successful career in hotel-oriented private equity. From 2003-2005 Mr. McLarty was Vice President of McKibbon Hotel Group, a privately held development and management firm, where he was responsible for raising third-party capital and divesting more than $135 million in hotel assets to REIT’s listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Before joining the McKibbon Group, Mr. McLarty was a managing director for the Seaway Group, based in Miami, Florida, where he was responsible for hotel acquisitions, development, and divestitures. Mr. McLarty continues to serve on Seaway’s Advisory Board.

    Mark Saviers

    Mr. Saviers has more than 32 years’ experience in developing and leasing $435 million in office buildings, business parks, data centers, warehouses and corporate headquarters/campuses. He is currently a Partner with Sage Partners, a commercial real estate firm with offices in Northwest Arkansas and in Little Rock. He is also the Managing Partner of a development partnership in Houston called Myers, Crow & Saviers, Ltd., which builds speculative office buildings in partnership with major pension funds. To date, the Houston developments have totaled more than 1.7 square feet over the last 13 years.

    Ted Dickey

    Ted Dickey received a BA from the University of Arkansas, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Thereafter, he earned a Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar. He spent over six years at Stephens Inc. in their Corporate Finance Department employed as a financial analyst, an associate in the Financial Services Group and then as a vice president in the Private Placement Group. During this time, he was responsible for placing debt and equity securities with institutional investors for public and private companies.
