• Mark Saviers

    Mark has more than 32 years of experience in developing and leasing $435 million in office buildings, business parks, data centers, warehouses, and corporate headquarter/campuses.  He began his real estate career in 1982, and spent the first ten years in the development, property management, construction, and disposition of commercial real estate (all industrial) with the Trammell Crow Company.  Experience with the company spanned four cities – Dallas, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Chicago.  In Chicago, Mark was the Division Partner in charge of all industrial properties and companies – which included an extensive property management company, a development company, and a construction company.

    Currently Mark is a Partner with Sage Partners (www.sagepartners.us), a commercial real estate firm with offices in Northwest Arkansas and in Little Rock.  Additionally, he is the Managing Partner of a development partnership in Houston called Myers, Crow & Saviers, Ltd. (www.myerscrow.com) which builds speculative office buildings in partnership with major pension funds.  The partnership builds the buildings, leases them, and then sells them to third parties.  To date, the Houston developments have totaled over 1.7 million square feet over the last 13 years.

    Mark is the Past Chairman of Accelerate Arkansas, a statewide non-profit organization which is focused on bringing higher paying jobs to Arkansas.  He is a former Co-Chairman of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Task Force.  He is a member of 50 for the Future, a group of civic leaders who work to bring jobs and enhance the quality of life in central Arkansas.   He serves on the Board of Trustees and is a Life Member of The Nature Conservancy.  He also serves on the Boards of Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Arkansas Children’s Hospital Research Institute, the Arkansas Biosciences Institute, and the Quapaw Area Council of Boy Scouts of America.
